CryptoLogic Online Casinos To Merge With Boss Media

It has recently been announced that all CryptoLogic powered online casinos will be merging with Boss Media during the first quarter of 2009, as part of a growth strategy that will simultaneously save on company expenses. Some of the online casinos on CryptoLogic’s network include William Hill, Betsafe Poker, Interpoker, Playboy Poker, Classic Poker and Sun Poker.

The growth strategy adopted by CryptoLogic will focus on the company’s branded games and network of online casinos, which if merged with Boss Media, is expected to help create greater savings. CryptoLogic representatives believe that such savings could reach the $15 million mark annually.

The focus of the merge will lie of CryptoLogic’s poker rooms, for it will allow the CryptoLogic player base to gain access to Boss Media’s poker network, regarded as one of the world’s largest. With Boss Media handling the poker rooms, CryptoLogic will be able to develop its branded games for online casinos and continue expanding the company in other partnership deals. According to Boss Media, the contract between the two companies will last for a period of five years

CryptoLogic has also signed an agreement with Nextgen Gaming, which the company has regarded as the world’s leading developer of slot games for online casinos in the international industry. It was at the time that CryptoLogic signed this agreement with NextGen Gaming that hints regarding the move with Boss Media were first communicated.

CryptoLogic currently has over 200 games developed for online casinos, including the recently released CasinoMeister, Little Master, DrMBrace, European Blackjack, King Kong and Picnic Picnic. CryptoLoigc is also the founder of one of the internet’s oldest online casinos, InterCasino.
