eCOGRA Releases New Test For Online Casino Sites' Credibility

One of the most important things to look for when searching for an online casino is the credibility of the site. Just as the sites demand fair play from the players, so should the customers demand that same fairness from the site. eCOGRA, the online gambling standards and player protection body, has recently announced the creation of a fully dedicated and qualified team to run the Total Gaming Transaction Review (TGTR) – a new way for monitoring and analyzing data that comes from the sites. Hopefully, they will be able to tell with this new process if the games offered at various online gambling sites are truly fair.

Among other things, the TGTR will include payout percentage reports for table-games, slots and poker games, as well as poker card-shuffling reviews. The main objective, of course, is to ensure the safety of the online casino players, while increasing the confidence in this evolving industry. Any operators who would like to validate and distinguish the games they’re offering will be able to do it with this new service, although they will have to check first that the software provider they are using has been reviewed by eCOGRA for compliance with its eGAP requirements.
