Taking Your Casino Chances Online or Offline

Are your chances of winning better at an online casino offering games, or when playing a state-run lottery (at either the U.S. state or European government level). Of course, the Congress has made this question pretty much moot in America, but in Europe there are still enough governments allowing online casino gaming to make the question valid. And so it stands – where are your chances for winning better?
