Hollywood Stars Came Out for Poker

On Sunday, April 18th, LG Mobile Phones sponsored the first-annual LG All-Star Poker Showdown, hosted by Jenny McCarthy. The event featured professional online poker stars Johnny Chan and Chris Moneymaker providing poker lessons for and playing against the finest poker enthusiasts Hollywood has to offer.

"Johnny and I have had some epic nights of poker playing at the Palms," said Moneymaker. "We're both very excited at each opportunity to teach poker strategy as well as compete against Hollywood's best poker players, whether it is at the LG All-Star Poker Showdown or elsewhere."

The Palms Resort and Casino offered a luxurious venue in their deluxe Hardwood Suite which hosted a field of poker pros and celebrities competing in the No Limit Texas Hold 'Em Poker Tournament, with the winner having received a complete home technology makeover from LG Electronics.
