Online casino operator, Mong Ha Media, has announced the launch of a brand new online casino designed specifically for Asian audiences. To be called Viva Macau, the casino will allow poker players to play from their homes rather than fight through the crowds of the local poker rooms. It will also be the first casino in a 3 part series that will collectively offer online poker, sports-betting and casino gambling.
The current plans are for the poker room to have a $1.4 million freeroll tournament to kick off the launch. The online casino will also have over 50 of the more traditional casino games, among them slots, Keno, craps, blackjack, roulette and poker. The sports book section will also have a wide range of sporting events to wager on.
Mong Ha Media is thrilled with the launch of the casino, and is confident that it will be followed by more great ventures. According to Sam Casteel, the PR Director of Mong Ha Media, the company has been monitoring the success of its land-based competition for some time, and decided that it was time to bring the casino gambling experience into the customer's home.
Casteel added that the online and offline poker market of Macau is not fully developed, and that Viva Macau Casino will aim to change that; "We are bringing it to the East full steam," he exclaimed.
New players are eligible to receive a 10% bonus up to $250 on their initial deposit, and take part in the advertised promotions for free.
