How Do I make a deposit into my online casino account?

Before making a deposit into an online casino account, you must first download the download the casino software. Visit the online casino Getting started section complete step-by-step instructions on downloading and installing the software. Upon completion of this phase, you may open your real money online casino account. Once you have a username, password and Security Code, you will be able to make a deposit. Just follow these instructions:

How long does it take to process my deposit?

Credit card deposits take approximately 2-5 minutes to process and funds are made available in the online casino account within this time frame.

Wire Transfer deposits take 2 business days to arrive at our bank. Your account will be credited as soon as our bank receives the transfer.

Bank Draft / Personal check deposits take about a week to reach our offices. It takes additional 10 days for a Bank Draft to be cleared and about 21 days for a Personal check to be cleared. Please note that the first phase of a Bank Draft / Personal Check deposit is depended on regular world wide mail and may vary depending on your location and/or other factors.

What is Netlook Processing and/or IFUND-PAYCHARGE?

Financial transactions are done through IFUND-PAYCHARGE and Netlook Processing, Nicosia, Cyprus, a subsidiary of scasino. You will be billed as virtcash. Both companies have a vast experience with online transaction processing. Our transactions are all in either Euro, GBP or US Dollars.

virtcash is just the descriptor for all the deposits/withdrawals made in the casino. This is how you will recognize charges/refunds of Online Casino Swiss in your credit card statement. How Do I withdraw my winnings?

In order to withdraw money from account go to Cashier and select the "withdraw" button.

If you made credit cards deposit/s with a VISA card prior to your Withdrawal the money you now wish to withdraw will not be refunded to your VISA credit cards due the new restrictions imposed upon the Casino by Visa International. From the 1st January 2025 we can no longer process any portion of any withdrawal to a Visa Credit Card including the players' original deposits made by any Visa Credit Card.
All withdrawals will be processed by any of the other withdrawal methods provided and stated in the Withdrawal section of the Casino Cashier.
These are Bank Draft, Bank Draft Express and any of the other options available as long as you have registered the deposit method at the Casino.
As yet these changes do not affect our Mastercard policy, however we do recommend all our players register and deposit using any of the Alternative Methods, especially Neteller as we understand that versatility in depositing and withdrawing is paramount for every player.

The reason why we can't refund the entire wining amount to your Credit card is due to Credit card company's limitations, and is out of our control.

Bank drafts will be sent to your billing address, as specified on the account register process, using regular worldwide mail. Please make sure that the specified billing address is correct to avoid any delays. If this address had been changed please contact out Customer Service department at support@scasino. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery due to slow mail service. There are no charges imposed on bank draft withdraws.

If you select Wire transfer as the preferred method for withdraw, you will be asked to fill-in your bank account details. There are no charges imposed on Wire transfer withdraws.

You can track the status of your withdraw requests by entering the cashier and selecting the "Transaction history" screen. The status column in this screen identifies each transaction's exact phase.

What is the "pending withdraws" screen?

Once you make withdraw, your withdraw requests is pending to be processed by our financial department in Antigua. By entering the "Pending Withdraws" screen in "Withdraw" section in the cashier you can view all the Withdraw requests you have requested, awaiting to be processed.

Generally speaking all withdraws are waiting to be processed for 4 business days so that you can cancel withdraw requests while the transaction has not been processed yet, and return the original withdrawn request amount back to your casino account, so you can go ahead and play

I had made a Withdraw but have changed my mind. How can I cancel a Withdraw request?

As mentioned, all Withdraw requests awaiting process show up in the "pending Withdraws" screen in "Withdraw" section in Cashier, up to 4 business days from your initial Withdraw request date.

You can cancel Withdraw request as long as they show up in the "pending Withdraws" screen, and return the original Withdrawn request amount back to your casino account, so you can go ahead and play.

How can I follow up financial transactions operations?

The Cashier's 'Transaction History' section stores a complete history of all your financial requests, such as withdraws and deposit requests.

How much can I deposit to My Online Casino Swiss balance?

Minimum single deposit $20

Maximum single deposit $1000 per card

Bank Draft / Personal Check:

Minimum single deposit $50

Maximum single deposit $5000.

What is my Security Code number and how do I get it?

Your personal Identification Number (Security Code) is required for each and every financial transaction, such as withdraw or deposit. This Security Code is used to further secure your account and verify that only you can access the funds in your account.
